119 years ago, William T. McCreavy founded the Schuylkill Forge Company and established a nationwide reputation for supplying reliable, high performance steel forgings. In October 1910, Mr. McCreavy's ring shaping apparatus was patented in the United States setting a standard for the industry. Today, the McCreavy family still owns and operates what is now called Specialty Ring Products, Inc. (SRP).
