Specialty
Ring Products Inc. is recognized as a premier supplier of quality
ring forgings in North America. SRP is committed to maintaining
and improving the quality level of our product and the high level
of quality service to our customer base.
It
is the policy of SRP to ensure a satisfactory quality level at all
operations and to further ensure that this is accomplished through
the concerted efforts of each member of the Specialty Ring Products,
inc. organization.
The
management philosophy for developing and maintaining high quality
and professional standard within the organization devolves from
the President to the Vice President of Specialty Ring Products,
Inc. and is disseminated to all echelons of the organization. All
employees are instructed in the Company's desire to maintain high
quality and professional standards to maintain and improve operations
and customer satisfaction. Each employee considers quality and customer
satisfaction as a personal responsibility and performs his daily
tasks with this goal always in mind.
The policies
set forth in the SRP Quality Manual are contractual requirements for
development (Quality Systems - Model for Quality Assurance in Production,
Installation and Servicing) and AS900 (Aerospace Basic Quality System
Standard)
Internal
Quality Audits and third party survaillance audits assure that the
SRP quality program is maintained.
