Specialty Ring Products is going through some exciting changes. The new century is bringing greater opportunities for us to serve our customers better than any other time in our one hundred and ten year history.

New Production Line with increased Capabilities Installed

We are nearing the completion of a new production line, which will accommodate sizes varying from 20 - 52 inches OD and 5 -12 inches in height. The increase in size will complement our existing forgings allowing us to fulfill more of your needs at an overall savings for your company. Our increase in capabilities is possible due to the recent acquisition of the following equipment:

New Electric Annealing Furnaces Installed
With the installation of two electric heat treating furnaces, Specialty Ring Products has the ability to provide in-house heat-treating, thereby eliminating the need for third party outsourcing. This will not only save time but also cut costs and allow us to pass the savings on to our customers.

Installation of CNC Programmable Lathes
Two Daewoo CNC lathes enables SRP to machine customers orders to tighter tolerances up to 15" diameter. Customers that may want to eliminate an In-House machining process to save time and money can have those machining processes done by SRP. We can deliver a heat treated and finish machined part to our customers at a great price.
